As someone who loves the Lions and all it stands for this DVD just confirms how strong and committed the players and coaches were to beat the Boks. Once your ten mins in to this you start to relive the emotions the boys went through all over again. Make's you want to dust off the old boots and play again.....well almost. It's interesting, fun, inspiring and tence even though you know the final out come. Definatly worth a watch.

I enjoyed the DVD but it is not as good as the first Living with the Lions which had more behind the scenes footage and showed full matches

loved this dvd.......of course living with the lions has a different feel but they won that series.this showed there heart when it was dented in the first test when they didnt scrummage well to the second where they lost it in the dying seconds
.a real crushing blow that they came back from.................show ian machean at his passionate best when he was crying after his speech for the third test...............shows its not soft for a man to cry....the team came back for more and knocked them over in that third test .watch out for phil vickery take the mick to the crowd about the beeeast

Considering the length of the Tour the DVD covered I thought it was a really good review and had a good balance between the rugby action, behind the scenes activity and player portrayal. Other DVDs will cover the Test and match action in detail but this `is what it says on the box`.Brings out the tension of the Test matches and the intensity of the coaching team as well as the bonding and man management required for a successful tour.The Lions are totally unique and long may they last. I was lucky enough to be out there for two weeks and if you get the chance to go DO IT!!!. Absolutely fantastic experience not to be missed.
